We have always believed that winemaking begins at the ground level. We farm Moon Mountain vineyards with an intensive care that few wineries can match. The vineyards selected for this Sonoma County Chardonnay were tended with that same level of care and expertise. The grapes used to craft this wine were predominantly grown in the Russian River Valley, a region which experiences fog and cool breezes ideal for growing top-quality chardonnay. The fruit is not overshadowed by butter and oak, instead the wine shows intense aromas of apple pie and spice, with crisp flavors of pear and citrus. Alc 13.8% by vol.
