DOCG. Vintage 2015. Classico: Since 1902 the Tommasi family has dedicated itself to the art of viticulture in Valpolicella. This elegant ruby red wine is produced with the indigenous grapes Corvina (50%), Corvinone (15%), Rondinella (30%) and Oseleta (5%), which are selected by hand and dried for 4 months prior to be gently pressed. The Amarone is then aged for 3 years in Slavonian oak barrels of 35 Hl. Best with red meats, game, and aged cheese, Tommasi Amarone is also the ideal companion to enjoyable convesations. Tommasi.
